严格按照合同发货，认真签订合同，使产品快速安全的到达客户手中。成为我厂的新用户后四天内由销售员联系客户，查询货到验收情况。我们开发的新产品，替代各种标准非标准的轴承，上门给予安装，并向客户提供各种相关的信息。重要客户每季度走访一次，听取意见，满足要求。

三、售后服务

如使用我厂产品出现的质量问题，我们实行三包政策。并派相关人员前去提供相关服务。
